摘要
房地产投资信托基金(REITs)是国外盛行的房地产融资工具,具有其他融资工具无可比拟的优势。目前我国房地产市场融资渠道过于单一,发展REITs来拓宽融资渠道是极其必要的。但由于受法律、人才、监管等各种因素制约,REITs目前在我国内地破冰和推行还面临着许多障碍。
REITs is a vogue real estate financing tool abroad, and has incomparable superiority. It is necessary that developing the REITs channel to open up the financing channel, because the present real estate market financing channel is unitary in China. But because of some confinement factors of law, talented persons, and supervision, there are some obstruction to carry out REITs in China mainland at present.
