摘要
在项目的全生命周期内,风险始终存在,并威胁着项目收益的实现。投资者必须了解风险产生的来源、机理,才能更好处理风险与收益的协调关系。本文分析了投资项目收益和风险的影响因素,探讨了全生命周期内投资项目收益和风险产生的机理,论述了建立协调机制的重要性,并就协调机制的具体内容进行了研究。
Risks always exist in the whole life cycle of project, and threaten the realization of project objectives. The investor has to know the sources and mechanism of risk so that he can better coordinate the relationship between risk and retum. This paper analyses the influencing factors of return and risk of investment project, and discusses causing mechanism of retum and risk in whole life cycle, dissertates the importance of building coordination mechanism, and studies on the detailed contents of coordination.
