The concession agreement of BOT project is the core of the entire contract structure of the project. Parties＇ rights and obligations, distributed in the concession agreement,will have an influence on the contracts that will be signed later. We should pay more attention to the terms of concession, the expansion and rebuilding work of the project, the handover of the project and the force majeure ect. If these are well tackled, it will make the project more successfully carried out.
