摘要
随着我国投资体制的不断改革,现有的投资项目可行性研究工作方式已经不适应市场的需要。本文通过市场和价格预测、风险、通货膨胀因素、清偿能力、人员素质分析等几个关键方面详细阐述了新形势下投资项目可行性研究工作的重点和要点。
With the innovation of investment system in China, the existing feasibility re.arch working on investment projects hasn＇t been fit to the market yet. This paper expeunds the keystone and outline of feasibility research working on investment projects in new situation in detail, according to the forecast of marketing and price, analysis of risk, inflation, repay ability, personnel diathesis and other key aspects.
