双层软弹性胶辊的应用分析

An Analysis to the Application of Two-layer Soft Rubber Cots

本文简要论述了我国软弹性胶辊的发展过程,通过对江苏南通如东纺织橡胶厂研制生产的NFR—C878新型双层胶辊的试用认为双层胶辊既保持了软弹性胶辊的优点,又解决了单层软弹性胶辊的制作困难问题,也克服了铝衬套胶辊的不足之处。指出双层软弹性胶辊有着较大的推广应用价值,有可能取代单层胶辊和铝衬套胶辊。

This article gives a brief introduction to the developmental history of soft cots in China. Through the trial-use of NER-C878 new two-layer cots developed by Rudong Textile Rubber Factory of Jiangsu Province, it has been proved that the two-layer cots, while maintaining the merits of soft cots, solve the problem of difficult manufacture of one-layer cots and overcome the shortcomings of aluminium lined cots. The authors point out that the two-layer soft cots are comparatively worthy of wide application and pobably able to replace one-layer and aluminium lined cots.
