摘要
本文从理论上阐述了毛纺纸管粘合剂——酚醛树脂的合成原理、用料配比,反应温度与时间的控制,脱水条件,促进剂的作用及固化反应的机理。并通过实验提供了全部制备过程的工艺参数,以及用该粘合剂卷制纸管的大量实验与统计分析,进一步证实了其工艺参数的可靠性。它为纺织器材制造业提供了实用的具有显著经济效益的工艺方法。
This paper elaborates upon the synthetic principle of phenolic resin used as abhesives for Woolen-spinning paper bobbins, composition ratio, control of reaction tempreture and time, conditions for dewatering, functions of promoters and mechanism of earing reaction. The paper reveats all parameters needed for the entire process of manufacture, which have been proved by large number of tests and statistic analyses. The paper supplies us with an applicable and beneficial processing method.
