Thinking about the problem of information technique academics teachers troops construction in agriculture and forestry universities

在高等农林院校信息技术学科教学蓬勃发展之际,其师资建设如何适应现代教育体制和教育改革是我们面临的一个重要的问题。本文从信息技术学科师资队伍建设存在的问题出发,思索了解决问题的六个方面,并提出要正确处理好稳定与流动、培养和引进、职责与待遇这三个关系;由此我们的信息技术学科将为祖国的教育事业做出更大贡献。

When the information technique academics teaching in agriculture and forestry universities develop rapidly,how the teachers troops construction adapts the education system and the reform of the modem education is an important problems that we are facing. This article based on the problem which exists in the theachers troops constuction of information technique academics, deliberating problem-solving of six aspects, and put forward to search a right processing method of relations of stability and flows, development and usher in,duty and treatment. Thus our information technique academics will do a larger contribution for the education business of our country.
