起搏器诊断功能在心力衰竭综合管理中的运用
摘要
据统计，心脏再同步化治疗（cardiac resynchronization therapy，CRT）于2001年经美国食品药品管理局（FDA）批准用于中重度心力衰竭治疗以来，目前在美国有超过30万的心力衰竭患者接受了此项治疗。许多大型的临床实验总共随机研究了超过2500例接受CRT与安慰剂的心力衰竭患者，结果表明，CRT能有效改善心脏功能，提高患者的运动耐量，逆转心室重构，降低住院率和死亡率。根据这些研究，美国ACC、AHA和HRS制订了CRT适应证指南181。此外，有研究表明上述CRT的益处在起搏器植入18个月后仍然显现。但是，
