超声技术对心脏再同步化治疗病例选择、术后程控和随访的价值
摘要
相当一部分慢性充血性心力衰竭患者合并房室传导或心室内传导延迟,导致心脏运动不同步,心功能进一步恶化。心脏再同步化治疗(cardiac resynchronization therapy。CRT)通过起搏系统刺激右心房和左、右心室,改善房室、左右心室间和左心室内收缩不同步。超声技术能用于测量心脏的机械收缩同步性,选择合适的患者,预测治疗效果,还可用于术后随访和参数优化。
