摘要
基于传输线分布参数节点导纳方程和数值拉普拉斯反变换(NILT)方法,仿真分析了传输线串扰电压响应及传输线参数和端接阻抗对串扰电压峰值的影响。基于实验室研究设备对共地并行传输线间的串扰电压进行了实验研究。将实验结果与理论仿真结果进行比较,结果显示仿真和测量结果波形基本一致,仿真的脉冲宽度要大于测量脉冲宽度,仿真结果峰值略小于测量峰值。
Based on distribution parameter node admittance equations and the method of the numerical inverse Laplace transformation (NILT), crosstalk coupling voltage responses are analyzed at terminals of transmission lines with common ground. The relationships between coupling voltage peak at terminals of transmission line and terminal resistances are given by simulation analysis with Matlab. And comparison of the data of the experiments with simulations shows that both waveforms are basically identical, the width of simulation pulse is larger than that of measurement pulse, and the pulse peak values of simulations are smaller than that of measurement.
