不同人群对护士就业身高要求的态度调查

Investigation on the opinions to the qualification of body height for nurse in employment among different populations

目的了解社会不同人群对护士就业身高要求的态度,倡导用人单位综合考虑护士综合素质,客观对待身高问题,避免对此片面追求。方法采用自制问卷对某市6所医院的管理人员、护士、患者及某医科大学的本科护生各抽取50名,分析其对护士就业身高的态度。结果患者不支持护士就业时限制身高的做法,与管理人员及护士的态度相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);86%的护生认为就业时限制身高给自己带来较大压力;同时各人群中均有40%～50%的人认为护士就业时限制身高会破坏就业市场的公平性。结论不同人群对护士就业身高要求的态度不同,限制身高会给护理人才培养、人力资源有效利用等方面带来负面效应。

objective To investigate the opinions of different populations to the qualification of body height for nurse in employment,in order to provide reference for the hospital managers in consideration of nurses＇ comprehensive quality and take objective attitude to the body height. Method A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 50 hospital managers,50 nursing staff,50 patients from 6 hospitals and 50 baccalaureate nursing students. Result The patients showed disagreement to the qualification of body height for nurse,which was significantly different from the opinions of hospital managers and nursing staff （ P 〈 0.05 ）. 86% of the nursing students thought that the qualification of body height brought great pressure for them in employment. Nearly 40% ~ 50% of each group thought that the qualification of body height would destroy the equity of employment. Conclusion Different populations held different opinions to the qualification of body height for nurse in employment. It is sugguested that the qualification of body height would bring negative effect on the development and rational utilization of nursing resources.
