当前我国护理质量评价的现状及改进方法

A review of the current system and improvement measures of nursing quality evaluation in China

通过分析现行护理质量评价体系,提出护理管理者护理质量评价内容应适应社会发展趋势;护理质量的评价方法应进一步体现"以人为本"的现代护理服务理念;注重病人的反馈对护理评价的指导作用;建立科学的评价体系,使评价标准更适应"以病人为中心"的管理模式,以进一步提高临床护理质量。

Through analyzing the current system of nursing quality evaluation,an illumination to the nursing manager was proposed,such as adjusting the contents of nursing quality evaluation to adapt the development trends of society,modifying the means of nursing quality evaluation to further embody the modern nursing philosophy which based on human - centered thinking, paying attention to the function of patients＇ feedback in the guidance of evaluation, setting up scientific evaluation system to make it more fitful to the ＂ patients - centered＂ management mode, in order to further improve the quality of clinical nursing.
