手术室护士对骨科围手术期病人实施访视的方法与效果

The means and effect of nursing visitation for peri-operative orthopaedic patients in operation room

目的探讨手术室整体护理在骨科围手术期病人实施访视的实践与效果。方法对820例骨科手术病人进行手术前、中、后护理干预及意见征询。结果98.8%的病人对手术护理过程满意,有效改善了病人预见性不安,融洽了护患关系,提高了手术室护理质量。结论做好围手术期护患沟通是完善手术室整体护理的重要步骤,而术后回访方式的改进和定期小组讨论,对改进手术室整体护理具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the practice and effectiveness of holistic nursing care in operation room. Method 820 patients in orthopaedic departments received pre - operative,intra - operative and postoperative nursing care and inquiry into their satisfaction. Result 98.8% of the patients were satisfied with the peri - operative nursing care. This practice effectively relieved patients＇ anxiety, harmonized nurse - patient relationship and improved the quality of peri - operative nursing. Conclusion Strengthening nurse - patient communication was the key point to improve the holistic nursing care for peri - operative patients. Meanwhile,improving the means of postoperative follow - up and regular group discussion played important role in the improvement of holistic nursing care in operation room.
