摘要
目的探讨静脉输液过程的有效管理,减少静脉输液过程中被动服务呼叫器的使用。方法将实施PDCA循环管理前的156例输液患者设为对照组,实施PDCA循环管理后的182例输液患者设为观察组,比较两组患者呼叫器的使用率。结果实施PDCA循环管理,输液患者呼叫器的使用率由30.28%降至6.03%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论PDCA循环管理是一种程序化、标准化的科学管理方式,可有效地减少静脉输液过程中呼叫器使用率,变被动服务为主动服务,提高静脉输液患者及其家属的满意度。
Objective To explore the effective administration method for patients with intravenous infusion and to decrease the usage of calling ring. Methods The PDCA circulation management was applied in the management of patients with intravenous infusion. Then the usage rate of calling ring was compared between the control group of 156 patients before the practice and the experiment group of 182 patients after the practice. Results After the practice, the usage rate of calling ring decreased from 30.28% to 6.03 % , there was significant difference ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions PDCA circulation is proved to be a standard, formulaie and scientific administration method,which can decrease the usage of calling ring effectively,change passive service to active service, and improve patients' satisfaction.
