摘要
通过对彩色显像管电子枪关键零件G2膜片高速连续级进模的设计,介绍了高精密冷冲压模具的主要设计程序,并详细介绍了弯曲、压印(压薄)、整形、冲孔子模等模具结构在高速连续级进模中的应用。经过实践的检验,模具运行状态平稳,生产的零件质量可靠。
Through the design of high-speed precision progressive die for G2 grid, key part for CRT, main design procedure of high precision cold stamping die was introduced. Application of die structures such as bending, coining, shaping and punching was analyzed in detail. The die operates stable in actual manufacturing and the quality of manufactured part was reliable.
