摘要
通过对一般注塑模具型腔分型面的分析,提出了创建复合分型面的设计方法,介绍了生成模具型腔的过程,解决了复杂模具型腔分型难的问题。实践证明该方法对其它复杂模具分型设计具有参考作用。
Design method of compound parting surface set up was initiated based on analysis of parting surface of ordinary injection mold. The procedure of die cavity generation was introduced and the difficulty of complex mold cavity parting was solved. The practice proves that the method can be set up as a reference for other complex mold parting design.
