摘要
介绍了利用Pro/E及其注塑模设计专家(EMX4.1)设计塑料顶盖注塑模具的设计过程,特别阐述了利用Pro/E进行塑料模具设计的高效率特性。其单一数据库、参数化、基于特征、全相关联的设计特点,不但使设计模具的周期大大缩短,且从设计到制造的整个过程中,保证了数据的完整性与一致性。
Design process of the injection mould for the plastic top cover using Pro/E and expert moldbase extension was introduced in detail. High efficiency of injection mould design using Pro/E was emphasized. Characteristics of single database, parametric, feature based and fully relativity not only greatly shortens the cycle of mould design, but also ensures the data integrality and consistency in the whole process from design to manufacture.
