摘要
为了对采用变频调速系统后的起升机构进行分析研究,建立了电机模型和三质量二自由度的等效扭振系统及对应的动力学方程,在建立数学模型的基础上,应用SIMULINK仿真工具箱对四种工况进行了计算机仿真,验证了模型的正确性。具有一定的工程实用价值。
The paper establishes a motor model, a three-mass and two-degrees of freedom equivalent system and its dynamics equations, in order to research the dynamic performance of crane hoisting mechanism. On the bases of established mathematical model, it also simulates four typical situations of hoisting mechanism by SIMULINK. The validity of the simulation model is tested and the result proves that the method is valuable for engineering applications.
