盐酸乌拉地尔对地戈辛血浓度的影响

EFFECT OF URAPIDIL HYDROCHLORIDEON SERUM LEVEL OF DIGOXIN

目的：了解兰驻马拉地尔对地戈辛血浓度的影响。方法：１０例高血压合并心衰患者（男性６例，女性４例；年龄６９．５±５．９ａ），单服地戈辛和地戈辛加服盐酸乌拉地尔达稳态后，分别测定血中地戈辛谷浓度。结果：加服盐酸乌拉地尔后血中地戈辛浓度较单服时明显上升（Ｐ＜０．０１），并造成部分患者出现地戈辛毒性反应。提示：两药合用必须严密控地戈辛血浓度，必要时应调整地戈辛剂量。

AIM:To understand the effect of urapidil hydrochloride on serum levelof digoxin. METHODS: Ten hypertensive patients (M6,F4;age 69. 5±5. 9 a)withheart failure were studied by themselves comparison. The concentrations of digoxinand digoxin combined with urapidil hydrochloride in serum were determined byTDX. RESULTS:The urapidil hydrochloride showed highly effect on the concentrations of digoxin in serum. Among them three cases had toxic reactions of digoxin.The study demonstrated that significant differences between the concentrations ofdigoxin and digoxin combined with urapidil hydrochloride were noted (P<0.01).WARNING: In the combination application of digoxin and urapidil hydrochloride,the concentrations of digoxin in serum must be monitored,and the dosage of digoxinshould be adjusted pro re nata.
