本文通过世界首创的IGBT直接高压变频器在煤矿主斜井三驱皮带机上的应用,以实际数据分析对比,说明了煤矿主井皮带机变频改造中应注意的问题。同时说明了皮带机变频应用是煤矿安全、可靠、节能运行的发展方向。
With the application of world initiate IGBT direct high-voltage inverter in 3-drives belt conveyor of colliery main oblique shaft, the article analyses and compares the real data to demostrate the key issues in belt conveyor varariable frequency revamp of colliery main shaft. Meanwhile, it proves that belt conveyor varariable frequency application is the trend of safe, reliable and energy-saving operation in colliery.
