Application of Solid State Soft Starter in High Pressure Water Descaling System

高压水除鳞装置是提高轧材质量的一项关键设备,但是其中高压离心水泵的耗能很大,虽然现在有采用高压变频器对其进行改造节能,但价格昂贵。我们采用一台BENSHAW公司的MVRSM36型高压固态软起动器轮流起动四台高压离心水泵的方式,既能达到节能的目的,提高设备寿命,又大大降低了成本。

High pressure water descaling system is the key device for the improvement of roll material quality. However, the energy cost of high pressure centrifugation water pump is very high. Though there＇re some applicatons using high-voltage inverter to revamp, the prices are still high. We use a MVRSM36 high-voltage solid soft starter made by Benshaw Company to alternate the four high pressure centfifugation water pumps. This method has the advantages of energysaving, device life extending, and cost reducing.
