摘要
本院应用非同光路手术显微镜做肉眼手术80眼,取得较好的手术效果,角巩膜穿通伤修补术19眼,只1眼术后有伤口哆开;白内障手术(囊内及囊外法)42眼,脱盲率93%;抗青光眼小染切除术26眼,术后无明显视力下降,眼压控制理想。非同光路手术显微镜在白内障囊外摘除术中应用时,因非同光路光源照射术眼,无眼底红光背景衬托,在注吸皮质时,不易注吸干净,使术后非瞳孔区皮质及囊膜残留占术眼的53%,且因看不清囊袋,无法做人工晶体植入术。
The good effects were received during performing 80 internal eyessurgery with use of non-coaxial illumination operating microscope.After operation of 19 eyes of corneal and scleral perforation all ruptures recovered beides one corneal perforation.The results of 42 eyes in cataract surgery (inter-capsular cataract extractionand extracapsular cataract extraction)show that postoperative visual acuities recovered in 93% of the eyes.After trabeculectomy of 26 eyes with glaucoma internal eyes pressure werewell-controlled. visual acuities were not decrease.Use of non-coaxial illumination operating microscope during ECCE show thatpostoperative capsular and cortex remained in 53% of the eyes because surgeon didnot see crystalline capsular clearly intra-operation. This means intraocular lens implantation be not performed under non-coaxial illumination operating microscope.
