盐水灌肠法B超诊断大肠内外肿块的──临床应用附21例报告

CLINIC APPLICALION OF ULLROSONIC DIAGNOSISFOR MASS OF INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE LARGE BOWERWITH NOMAL SALINE ENEMA

本文应用盐水灌肠法Ｂ超诊断大肠内外，肿物２１例，与手术病理及结肠镜检对照，诊断符合率达９５．７％，认为：盐水灌肠法Ｂ超检查，方法简便易行，无创伤少痛苦，诊断符合率高，不仅可显示场内病变情况，尚可显示肠壁浸润程度，有无周围淋巴转移，以及为结肠外肿物定位作出准确的判断。较之结肠镜有具独到的优越性，值得临床推广应用。

Cases of masses of inside or outside large bower was examined by USwith nomal saline enema. The coinsident rate contrasted with pachologe andcolonoscopy was 95.7% It is coneideceol that the method is simple and convenient,unwond and less pain as well as effect. It can cleasly show the tumor of inside bowerand differenciate the mass of outside bower This method compared withcolonoscopy has itself dominoncy. It should be spreaded and applied.
