急性心肌梗塞后左室重构及左心功能的分析与研究

STUDY OF LEFT VENTRICULAR REMODELING ANDFUNCTION AFTER ACUTE MYOCARDIALINFARCTIONBYTWO DIMENSIONAL ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY

应用二维超声心动图（２ＤＥ）对３例急性心肌梗塞（ＡＭＩ）患者的左室形态、容积及左室射血分数（ＥＦ）等参数进行了分析与研究。结果显示：有左室重构者１４例，其左心功能指标与非重构组有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。据此认为：应用２ＤＥ对ＡＭＩ患者左室重构与左心功能进行评价，作为预报ＡＭＩ患者的危险因素，有着重要意义。

The parameters of left ventricular (LV) shape、 volume amd its ejection fraction(EF) were studied by two dimensional echocardiography (2DE) in 33 patients with acute myocardial infarction. The results showed that there were the left ventricular remodeling (LVR) in 14patients. There is significant difference in LV function between these cases and no LVR cases. Itis indioated that the existence of LVR and decrease of LV function is regarded as dangerous factorsin patients with AMI. It is of important significance for studying this by 2DE.
