摘要
2006年三峡工程主体工程全面完工。如何实现三峡水库法制化、规范化的管理,在科学发展观的指导下,把三峡工程建成名符其实的生态工程,实现三峡水库可持续发展,将成为众人关注的重大课题。
The Three-Gorge project has been complete comprehensively the principle part of a project in 2006. It will be the great task from the multitude＇s concern, such as how to fulfill management of institutionalization and standardization to the Three-Gorge-Reservoir Area in the direction of scientific.development, in order to fulfill the sustainable development of the Three-Gorge-Reservoir Area then become the veritable ecological project.
