电化学治疗婴幼儿体表血管瘤临床效果—附20例报告

THE CLINICAL EFFECT OF ELECTROCHEMOTHERAPYON SUPERFICIAL HEMANGIONM IN INFANT--A REPORT OF 20 CASES

１９９２年１０月～１９９５年１１月电化学治疗婴幼儿体表血管瘤２０例，（其中毛细血管瘤４例，海绵状血管瘤１６例），均取得满意疗效。其中１８例随访～２０个月，除２例复发行二次治疗外，余瘤体均消失，未见复发。作者认为；较之其它方法，本法具有操作简便，安全有效，创伤小的优点。尚适用于手术无法切除的血管瘤，不失为一种新的有效的治疗手段。

From october 1992 to novemeber 1995. 20 cases of superficial hemangioma in infant were treated with electrochemical therapy. 18 cases were followedup for 2～20 months. all the patients gained excellent results except 2 cases had recurrence after the initial treatment. we think that ECT is an useful mothed, has theadvantage of simplicity. safety and small damage on patient comparing with others.It is advisable for patients which is not amenable to surgical intervention.
