An Approach to New Magnetic Upper-Rollers

本文介绍了一种申请发明专利的新型磁性上罗拉的结构,对已趋淘汰的磁性加压机构进行了分析,应用钕铁硼新型永磁材料,对老式磁性大铁棍做了创新和改进,开发出适合现有纺纱设备使用的新型磁性上罗拉,可简便地实现加压机构的改造,取得较好的经济效益。

This paper introduces the structure of a new nagnetic upper-roller which has been applied for patent. After analysing the outdated magnetic pressure devices, the author upgrated the old magnetic big iron-roll structure with new neodymiumiron-boron permanent magnetic material, thus developing a new magnetie roller suitable for use on the exsisting spinning machines, simplifying the pressure de vices, and achieving good economic results.
