Maching process of a Disk cam by Circle-enveloping

通过对凸轮曲线加工方法的研究,提出了凸轮曲线的圆弧包络加工方法,并对此方法进行了定量分析,为机械加工企业使用通用机床加工高精度凸轮提供了有效的方法。

In this paper, the cutting processes for a disk cam have been studied by author. The method of the cutting process for a disk cam by circle-enveloping is presented and quantitatively ana-lyzed. This cutting process technique gives an efficient method for cutting a high accuracy cam by gen-ernal machine tools in machine works.
