摘要
本文从齿形带传动对齿形带的要求出发,在正确选定成型芯棒的外径,采用两种不同捻向的帘线和增强齿面复盖布与胶的附着力等三方面进行研究,提高了带子的质量,从而延长了带子的使用寿命。
Proceeding from the driving requirements on toothed belting, the author studies it in following three respects: correct selection of the outer diameter of the forming mandrel, usage of both S and Z twisted cord yarns and strengthening of the adherence between rubber and enforcing fabric covering the theeth surface. Therefor, the quality of toothed belting is improved and the service life prolonged.
