对青海大学参与国家科研项目研究的现状回顾、分析,并对“九五”期间及以后争取国家科研项目提出了对策。

In this paper,Qinghai University's present condition of participation in country's scien-tific research was reviewed and analysed. The counterplot of winning over the projects of country's sci-entific research was also offered.
