不锈钢精馏塔组焊是空分装置施工的重点及难点之一。本文介绍了精馏塔组焊过程中影响塔体垂直度及焊接质量的主要原因及控制方法,对组焊工艺进行了较为详细的论述。
Welding is one of key and difficult steps during assembly of rectifying tower made of austentic stainless steel in air separation plant. This paper introduces the major reasons affecting tower perpendiclarity and weld quality and controlling measures in rectifying tower assembly. The procedures for assembly and welding are detailed.
