摘要
针对一种高功率重复频率脉冲驱动源的Trigatron开关典型工作条件(输出电流20kA,脉宽25ns,100万次脉冲,累积传输电荷500C),研制了一种长寿命Trigatron开关,触发电极采用一种四周具有一定数量缺口的圆盘式结构。在峰值电流23 kA,单次电荷传输量0.1C条件下,对开关进行了500 C电荷传输实验。实验后开关触发特性没有劣化,表明开关在典型工作条件下,可以传输大于500C的电荷量。
According to a classical working condition of the high power repetition frequency drive source, a long life Trigatron is designed. Trigger electrode adopts a type of disk structure, with a certain number of notches on it. And then, the accumulated charge flux experiments are carried out. The peak value of current is 23 kA and the charge flux is 0.1 C per discharge. The whole charge flux is 500 C. The experimental results show that the trigger performance of the Trigatron become better after the accumulated charge flux experiments. These facts indicates that the charge flux of this Trigatron can be greater than 500 C.
