New Spinning Cots of Low Hardness and High Anti-wear

本文主要介绍无锡第二橡胶厂研究所最新研制的“871”低硬度、高耐磨新型纺纱胶辊。该胶辊对传统的配方工艺做了大幅度的调整,采用丁腈软胶NBRS—2415,减少白灰黑用量,不用明胶而改用酚醛树脂补强,同时对硫化剂、增塑剂等也作了相应的调整。这不仅大大缩短了工艺流程,节约了能量,降低了成本,而且产品质量明显提高。克服了以往低硬度胶辊随着使用时间的延长硬度逐渐增大的弊端,性能比较稳定。其适纺性能和成纱质量基本达到了美国产品ME666胶辊的水平。

The paper introduces the new spinning rubber cots of low hardness and high anti-wear developed by the institute of Wuxi No.2 Rubber plant.For this new cot they improved the traditional composition and processing techniques greatly by use of soft NBRS-2415 rubber, less white carbon black and phenolic resin as reinforced material instead of gletin. Accordingly vulcanizing agent and plasticizer were improved. In this way, flow chart can be greatly shortened, energy saved, cost reduced, quality improved. and the problem that soft-cot hardness gradually increases in the course of time also solved. Its properties are stable, its adaption and spinning performance are basically up to the level of American product—ME 666 rubber cots.
