钢领工作面直接测温法的研究

Study of Direct Temperature Measurement on Working Surface of Spinning Ring

本文介绍了在钢领工作面附近钻孔埋设热电偶进行钢领工作面直接测温的方法。通过对四种不同型号钢领工作面直接测温试验指出,钢领工作面直接测温法与其他间接测温法相比具有灵敏度高,误差小,准确可靠,迅速简便等优点。

This treatise introduces a direct temperature measuring method which is carried out by a thremccouple inserted in a hole drilled beneath the working surface of a spinning ring. After measuring tests of 4 different types of rings, the author points out that comparing with other indirect measuring methods, the present method has the advantages of high sensitivity, small error, high precision and reliability as well as fast and easy operation etc.
