海岛棉纤维比强度的配合力分析及遗传表达特点研究 被引量:2

摘要 应用增广NCⅡ设计对10个海岛棉品种(系)F_1代纤维比强度进行了分析.配合力分析表明:父本间一般配合力差异显著,特殊配合力间存在着明显差异;海岛棉纤维比强度的遗传主要受加性作用控制,显性作用和上位性作用显著;在非加性方差中,上位性作用比显性作用相对重要些;比强度的狭义遗传力较低.现有品种中,A杂交铃是比强度最好的亲本. Fiber specific strength(FSS) of F1 from 10 varieties ofisland cotton were analysed by applying augmented NC Ⅱ design. Theanalysis of combining capacity indicated that in general it differedsignificantly among male parents and that significant difference liedin special combining capacity . The heredity of FSS was restrictedmainly by additive function and dominant function, and uptrend functionwere more distinc;while in non-addtive function variance, uptrendfunction was more significant than dominant function. The heridity ofFSS in narrow sense was lower. Hybrid boll A was the best FSS parentsamong the varieties.
