摘要
采用营养液培养的方法,在镉浓度为1.0×10^(-6)mol·L^(-1)时,研究了硅对水稻吸收镉的影响.结果表明:加硅和缺硅处理对水稻的幼苗干物质的积累无明显影响;硅对水稻根系的镉的吸收量也无明显影响,硅明显降低了水稻地上部分镉的吸收量.即硅减少了水稻根部吸收的镉向地上部分迁移的量.
The effect of silicon on rice absorbed cadmium wasstudied by adopting the culture method of nutrient solution, with 1. 0*10-6mol. 1-1 concentration of cadmium . The results showed that thetreatment added silicon or without silicon had no significant in-fluenceon the accumulation of dry substance of rice seedlings; Silicon did notsignificantly affect the loading of cadmium in the rice root system . However, silicon significantly reduced the cadmium loading of theaerial part of rice. That was, silicon reduced the loading of theab-sorbed cadmium transferred from roots to the aerial part.
