摘要
将库尔勒香茎梨尖接种于改良MS培养基、1/2MS培养基、MS培养基附加6—BA 1mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L+GA_31.0mg/L,分化率为45.9%—66.7%.用不同浓度激素配比试验,其中6—BA1.5mg/L、IBA0.1mg/L、GA_32.0mg/L芽分化率最好为74.3%.在继代增殖试验中6—BA1.0~2.0mg/L、IBA0.1mg/L、GA_32.0mg/L、增殖系数为3.19~3.60.用0.5~1.0mg/L的IBA+1/2MS进行生根试验,生根率为26%~33%
The stem tip of Kuerle pear were inoculated in the medium ofMurashige -skoog(MS),of the improved MS and of 1/2MS ( half- macroelement)added with 6-BA1. 0mg/1,IBA0. 1mg/l, IBA 0. 1mg/l, GA31.0mg/l. Thedifferentiation rate reached up to 74. 3 % in the experiment by usingdifferent concentration of Auxin. By the prepagation experiment , theprepagation rate is from 3.19 to 3. 60 when culture medium added 6-BA 1.0-2.0mg/l, IBA 0. lmg/l, GA32.0mg/l. Rooting experiment indicates thatthe rooting rate of micropropagation is from 26. 0% to 33. 0% on themedium of 1/2MS added with IBA 0. 5-1.0mg/1.
