随着新型梳棉机产量和速度的不断提高,生条定量负荷的日益加重,梳理原料品种的不断扩大,需要研制高效能的盖板针布。本文对新型盖板针布规格参数:钢针排列、工作角、针尖密度、针高、钢丝材质及截面形状、平整度、锋利度、表面粗糙度、底布结构及其梳理效能,通过理论计算和实验验证,对新型盖板针布作了较为深入的分析与探讨,这对棉纺织厂了解新型盖板针布性能和正确选用盖板针布都有一定的参考价值。

Mith continuously increasing of speed and output of new types of cotton cards,sliver load as well as the varieties of materials to be carded,it is neccessory to develop new hi-efficient flat tops. Through practical calculation and experimental check up of the specified parameters such as wire setting, working angle, point density, fillet hight, quality of material, shape of cross section, point sharpness, surface rouphness, surface planeness of flat tops, foundition structure,carding efficiency and so on,this article makes a rather intensive analysis and investigations on new types of flat clothing, which are helpful to cotton mills both in their study of the new tops' performance and the correct selection.
