摘要
湖北三鑫金铜股份有限公司自1989年采用充填采矿法以来,使用过尾砂胶结充填及单管全水胶固充填工艺,但井下充填质量与效果均不十分理想,由此通过利用工业废料即炼铁高炉废渣而生产新型充填材料,并进行了相应试验。投入生产应用后,充填体质量和性能有明显的改善与提高,充分保证了矿山的安全生产,并降低了生产成本而取得可观的经济效益。
Since 1989, the tailing cementation filling technique and cementation material filling technique have been used in Sanxin Co. However, the filling effect is not satisfactory. After a new filling material was tested and applied, the quality and performance of filling pack have been obviously improved, guaranteeing the safety of production and obtaining notable economic benefits.
