铅是钼精矿中的有害杂质。通过查明金堆城钼矿床中铅的赋存状态、嵌布特征及在矿床中的分布规律等,为生产低铅钼精矿提共理论依据。金堆城钼矿床中铅主要以方铅矿的形式赋存。方铅矿主要以不规则粒状、细脉状分布于石英、黄铁矿脉中。粒度在1—0.001mm之间。矿床中铅的含量在0.003%~0.014%之间,铅的分布以花岗斑岩为中心,由角岩化安山玢岩到黑云母化安山玢岩铅的含量逐渐降低。生产低铅钼精矿,一定要选择不同类型的矿石合理搭配,并在选钼流程的粗选段加入铅的抑制剂。
Lead is the detrimental impurity in molybdenum concentrate. Through finding out the state and peculiarity and disciplinarian of lead distributed in Jinduicheng molybdenum ores, the academic basis of low - lead molybdenum concentrate produced was put forward. In Jinduicheng molybdenum ores, lead is distributed as galenite formed in quartz and pyrite as the anomalistic granules and fuzz states. The granularity of lead is 1 - 0.001 mm, and the content of lead is 0. 003% -0. 014%. Lead is distributed as the center of granite porphyry, whose contents reduced gradually from homfels andesite to biotite andesite. For producing different molybdenum content concentrates, different ores must choose, and inhibitor from lead must add in rough - dressing of molybdenum dressed flows.
