分析了外动颚低矮破碎机挂轴部联结螺栓断裂的原因,针对现场条件提出了处理方案,事实证明处理方案可行,该破碎机在现场取得了良好的使用效果。后续设备已修改设计,没有出现类似问题。

The break of the bolts which is installed on the stationary axis of the crusher is analyzed in this paper,and then a proposal is brought out to solve this question under the local condition. The changed crusher can work better in the local shows this fact that the proposal is feasible. The design was amended. Now similar question doesnt appear in the subsequent crusher.
