斯帕丰、安定、654-2对产程影响的比较分析

目的比较斯帕丰、安定、654-2对产程及母婴安全的影响。方法选择正常初产妇宫口开大3cm者150例随机分为斯帕丰组(50例)、安定组(50例)和654-2组(50例),分别予以斯帕丰80mg、安定10mg、654-210mg静脉推注,观察各组的产程进展情况及其对母婴安全的影响。结果斯帕丰组活跃期平均时间为(2.68±0.51)h,安定组为(3.12±0.67)h,斯帕丰组短于安定组,有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。斯帕丰组与654-2组在产程时间上无显著差异。斯帕丰组、安定组、654-2组在新生儿窒息率,产后出血量上无显著差异。结论斯帕丰对促进宫口扩张效果优于安定,能有效地促进产程,对母儿无不良影响。

Objective To investigate the effects of Spafon , Diazepam and 654-2 on promotes delivery duration and safety of the mother and newborn. Methods 150 normal primiparae were randomly divided into Spasfon group （group A ,n= 50）, Diazepam group （group B, n=50） and 654-2 group （group C ,n=50） when the cervix dilated 3cm. Group A was given 80mg of Spasfon intravenously, Group B was given 10rag of Diazepam intravenously, Group C was given 10rag of 654-2 intravenously. Results The mean time for the active phase in Spasfon group was （2.68±0.51 ）h, which was significantly shouter than that in Diazepam group [（3.12±0.67）h,P〈0.01]. But the mean time for the active phase was no statistically singificant difference between the Spasfon group and 654-2 group. Conclusion Spasfon can accelerate the cervix dilation better than Diazepam without adverse effect on mother and newborn.
