盐酸二甲胺四环素局部治疗智齿冠周炎疗效观察

Analysis of therapeutic effect of local treating pericoronitis of the third molar of the mandible with minocycline hydrochloride

目的评价盐酸二甲胺四环素[派丽奥(Periocline)]治疗智齿冠周炎的临床疗效。方法随机选择门诊200例智齿冠周炎分为两组。治疗组100例智齿龈袋置入派丽奥。对照组100例置入碘酚。结果两组总显效率分别为85%和59%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。

Objective To value clinical effect of treating pericoronitis of the third molar of He mandible with periocline. Methods Divided 200 patients into 2 sets. 100 patients were treated with placing periocline in gingival pocket,the other 100 patients were treated with as control. Results Total effective rates of two sets were 85% and 59%, and the difference had statistics significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treating pericoronitis of the third molar of the mandible with periocline is significantly effective.
