摘要
为研究织物的润湿性设计了了台电导式动态润湿测量装置。测定了水、油酸、液体石蜡在各种织物上的迁移速度,并利用Washburn方程和young-Dupre方程计算了接触角、粘附功、浸润功等相应润湿参数。对上述织物的润湿性、浸湿性、粘附性或沾污性进行了讨论,已表明除纤维化学本质及纱结构外,纺织物的结构对润湿性也有显著影响。液体的表面张力对粘附功的影响大于对浸湿功的影响。
In order to study wettability of fabrics a conductive dynamic apparatus for measuring wettabitity has been designed. Transport rates of three liquids, water, oleie acid and paraf- fin liquid, in various fabrics have been measured. Corresponding wetting parameters, contact angles, adhesion work and immersion work, have been estimated empolying Washburn's equa- tion and Young-Dupre's equation. The wettability, immersibility and adhesiveness or soi- lability of above fabrics have been discussed. It is shown that, apart from the chemical nature of the inner fibre and yarn construction,the effect of fabric construction on wettabi- lity is remarkable. It is also clear that the effect of surface tension on the adhesion work is more considerable than that on the immersion work.
