薄板坯连铸连轧工艺与传统热轧工艺的比较

通过比较薄板坯连铸连轧与传统热带卷生产工艺,对薄板坯连轧生产产品特点和工艺特点进行客观分析。指出薄板坯连铸连轧工艺虽然是钢铁生产发展新技术,但尚存在许多技术问题,其超薄热带规格产品的生产工艺难度很大,故实现大规模工业生产还需要一些改进。

Comparing with the thin slab continuous casting continuous rolling and tradition rolling technology, their product character and technology character have been discussed. This paper points out though the technology ot thin slab continuous casting continuous rolling is a new technology of steel development, there are still many technology problems. It is very difficult in the process of ultra - thin hot strip, thus it still needs some improvements in the large scale industrial producing.
