坯料设计在提高中厚板成材率中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 利用中板变形规程的设计原理,以提高成材率为目标,得到了坯料计算的数学模型及基本方法。能根据订单给出任一成品规格所需的坯料断面及长度尺寸,还能给出下料块数和剪切倍尺数。实践表明,利用本文给出的结果,对双定尺板可提高成材率达1.14%,对单定尺板,提高正品率达8%,从而既减小了库存压力,又减少了坯料投入量。 Using the theory of design on plate deformation, with attainment of high yield, we can find mathematics model and method on slab calculation. According to compact we can attain different slab dimension to make every finished product, also we can attain the number of material and shear multiple length. The practice shows that it can improve yield by about 1.14 percent in "double. fix ruler plate" and the quality goods about 8 percent in "single fix ruler plate". Consequently, it decreases stress stock as well as amout of material cost These can bring an obvious economic benefit for corporation.
