摘要 为了缩短冷弯型钢产品的开发周期,提高产品质量和力学性能。采用ANSYS里的LS -DYNA模块对槽钢辊式加工工艺进行显示动力学有限元法模拟,分析成型中轧件的变型特点及应力应变分布,为冷弯成型CAD\CAE技术提供有力的实验数据和理论支持,最终应用于实际生产。 Inorder to reduce periodicity of cold-roll forming proeesss and improve the quality of products and mechanical property the explicit dynamic finite element method with the software of ANSYS/LS-DYNA to simulate the cold-roll forming proeesss of eharmel stell,is studied including deforme, stresses and stains in the forming process. The theoretical and experimental researches show that, by using an elastic-plastic finite element large-deformation method, the paper has sueessfully analyzed the cold-roll forming process, and attained to the profile verification and modification. Therefore, the profile can be determined successfully on its first design, and this will greatly shorten the production period and increase the production efficiency. The work can provide a reliable prediction model for cold roll-forming CAD/CAE system, and supply practical production with a valuable reference.
