摘要
分析光接收器在光子相关谱仪中的作用;提出散射光接收器的一般性设计标准和性能评价判据,并用其对几种有代表性的散射光接收器的性能做了分析;实验验证了所提出的设计标准和性能判据的正确性。
The function of light receiver in photon correlation spectroscopy had been analyzed. Then the general criterion for designing the receivers and estimating their capability had been put forward. The capabilities of some typical light receivers had been analyzed with the criterions. The validity of the criterions had been validated by experiments.
