4200轧机机电扭振系统数学模型研究

摘要 中厚板轧机轧制时.一般处于频繁启制动工作状态,但机械和电力总是在各自的范围内讨论拖动系统的动态响应,其结果有很大差异.本文采用理论分析和数值计算相结合的方法建立了4200轧机机电扭振数学模型,并对此进行了计算机仿真研究.结果表明:理论计算与现场测试是一致的. Being running,the medium-thick plate mill is in a state of frequent start and brake,the dynamic respones of tugging system are studied individually in the field of mechanical and electric,their results are more different. By means of the method of combining theoretic analysis with mathematic calculation,the mathematic model of 4200 mill's mechanical and electric twist vibration are established,and they are studied by the computer simuiation. Tile result shows:the theoretic calculation is consistent with the spot sampling.
