摘要
为了得到新的兼有α－受体阻滞作用的β－受体阻滞剂，合成了十八种１－芳氧基－３－［２－（４－芳甲酰基－１－哌嗪基）乙胺基］－２－丙醇类化合物．所有化合物均经１Ｈ－ＮＭＲ，ＩＲ，元素分析鉴定．
